Join a behavioral health facility in southern WA, as a Director of Nursing and lead a high-performing behavioral health team dedicated to compassionate patient care. This community is located not far from Portland

Position Highlights:

Compensation: to $141,000 annually
Bonus: $30,000 commitment incentive bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Work Setting: Inpatient behavioral health facility

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing management and staff training
Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care
Liaison between physicians, patients, and referral sources

Requirements:

BSN required, Master’s preferred
Active RN license in Washington
One year of behavioral health/psychiatric nursing leadership experience
