This leader will supervise nursing staff, drive quality initiatives, manage regulatory requirements, and foster a strong culture of teamwork and clinical excellence.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing department and all clinical services
• Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and DOH regulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Guide and mentor nurse managers, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, recruitment, and retention strategies
• Monitor resident outcomes and lead quality assurance/improvement initiatives
• Conduct rounds to ensure high standards of care and resident satisfaction
• Lead successful survey readiness and response efforts
• Collaborate closely with administration, medical providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support education, training, and ongoing development for nursing personnel
