• * Lead nursing operations across a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
• * Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leadership
• * Monitor staffing, scheduling, clinical outcomes, documentation, and resident satisfaction.
• * Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to improve systems, communication, and accountability.
• * Support short-term rehab growth by strengthening clinical quality, hospital relationships, and discharge outcomes.
• * Serve as a visible leader throughout the building.

What we are looking for

• * Active New York RN license.
• * Experience as a Director of Nursing in skilled nursing, long-term care, subacute rehab, or post-acute care.
