Job Details:What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut3+ years of hands-on clinical nursing experience3+ years of teaching and leadership experience in a nursing programAbility to be fully vaccinated (including boosters, as required)

What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee the Practical Nursing (PN) program across campusesGuide and support program coordinators and facultyEnsure high-quality instruction and strong student resultsManage curriculum development and updates (Canvas LMS)Monitor admissions, student progress, and program outcomesTrack NCLEX-PN pass rates and improve performanceBuild partnerships with clinical sites and industry leadersStay aligned with state boards and accreditation requirementsHelp shape budgets, policies, and long-term program goals
