Hello, Cascades at Meadow Brook Rehab & Nursing is actively looking to hire a full-time Director of Nursing. Why consider working at Meadow Brook? We have low resident to staff ratios, awesome team culture, etc. Also, we are located very near downtown Salt Lake, at 433 E. 2700 S. We are very centrally located!We truly pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where excellence thrives.Job Description:Develop and maintain the nursing programs and activities Develop, maintain, and periodically update written nursing policies, procedures, manuals, objectives, and philosophies

Assist in developing and implementing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services Implement plans of action to correct deficiencies

Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.Develop, implement, and maintain a quality assurance program

Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans

Develop and implement a nursing services organization structure

Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies

Create, submit reports and recommendations to the Administrator concerning operations of the department

Must possess an active Utah Registered Nurse license in good standing

Must speak and understand EnglishGenuine love & concern for the geriatric population!
