Your Responsibilities

What You Bring
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role such as Director of Nursing or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing care methods, policies, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Robust organizational and budgeting skills to oversee departmental operations effectively.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license (required).
