Lead and manage nursing operations to ensure patient care standards are met.

Experience/Qualifications
Nurse executive leadership of nursing operations and patient care standards.
Active licensure as a registered nurse with valid state privileges.
Regulatory compliance mastery (CMS, JCAHO, state boards) and patient safety.
Quality metrics oversight and continuous improvement with dashboards.
Strategic staffing plans to ensure adequate nurse coverage and favorable ratios.
Budget management for nursing department and resource allocation.
Mentorship and development of nursing staff and leaders.
Experience implementing evidence-based practices and clinical protocols.
Recruitment and onboarding oversight for nursing leadership and frontline roles.
Cross-functional collaboration with physicians and care teams.
