- Play a critical role in monitoring and improving NCLEX pass rates, student retention, and program completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing faculty and staff to foster a collaborative and effective teaching environment.
- Oversee curriculum delivery and ensure alignment with program goals and student success outcomes.
- Monitor NCLEX pass rates, retention, and program completion, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Texas Board of Nursing and accreditation standards to maintain program integrity.
- Participate in curriculum development and drive initiatives for continuous program enhancement.
- Collaborate with campus leadership to support program growth and organizational goals.
- Provide student advising, mentorship, and academic support to empower students in their educational journey.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Prior teaching experience in a nursing program (ADN, VN, or BSN) strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in nursing education or a combination of teaching and leadership roles.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and Texas Board of Nursing requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage faculty and program initiatives.
