Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a "Director of Emergency Services" for a position in "Albuquerque, NM"Details:Specialty: Emergency Services / Emergency Department LeadershipLocation: Albuquerque, NMFacility Type: Acute Care Hospital / Specialty Heart HospitalPay Rate: Competitive based on experience + bonus eligible Shift/Hours: Full-Time, Leadership ScheduleRequirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program required*
- Candidates without a BSN must be actively enrolled in an accredited BSN program with a scheduled completion date*
- Current RN license or license acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing required*
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required*
- Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing leadership/management experience required*
- Emergency Department leadership experience strongly preferred*
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an acute care hospital environment*
- Strong operational, financial, staffing, and quality management experience*
- Proven ability to develop staff, improve employee engagement, and drive accountability*
- Experience managing budgets, productivity, patient throughput, and regulatory compliance*
- Excellent physician relationship management and interdisciplinary collaboration skills*
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred*
- Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification preferred
