THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Director of Nursing Risk Management for a full-time permanent, direct-hire leadership position in Las Cruces, NM 88011. The role is senior level, requires on-site presence, and does not require travel. This is a newly opened requisition with one vacancy. The position requires a New Mexico RN license, five years of nursing experience including three years as a Director or Manager, and risk management experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- New Mexico RN license
- Minimum five years of nursing experience, with at least three years as a Director or Manager
- Risk management experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Prior acute healthcare risk management experience (may substitute for the leadership experience)
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred upon hire and required within three years of employment
