Direct resident care: Ensure quality care meets or exceeds standards

Infection Control: Maintain sound practices and ensure training compliance Emergency preparedness: Ensure staff are prepared for accidents, fires, disasters. elopement, and emergencies Care Planning: Develop, implement, modify, and communicate resident assessments and care plans
