What would you do as a Director of Nursing- Broadwell Senior Living
As the Director of Nursing at Broadwell Senior Living, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the health and well-being of our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety across various levels of care, from assisted living to memory care. You will perform comprehensive assessments to develop and execute personalized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs, all while adhering to state guidelines. What you need to be successful
To excel as the Director of Nursing at Broadwell Senior Living, you must possess a valid RN license in good standing in the State of Minnesota, as this is essential for providing high-quality care. Strong supervisory skills are crucial, enabling you to effectively lead and mentor nursing staff while ensuring all team members adhere to best practices and state regulations. Experience in assisted living is vital, as it equips you with the knowledge and insight needed to address the unique challenges faced by our residents. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- RN license in good standing in the State of Minnesota
- Previous experience in health care leadership, nursing administration or other related experience
- Knowledge of and maintain compliance with all Department of Health Regulations as it pertains to senior living communities with a comprehensive home care license
- Knowledge of Eldermark software a plus, but not required
