Director of Operations for our Pediatric Behavioral Health Program
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary

This is a full-time, in-person leadership role overseeing clinical services for children ages 4 to 12 in a structured, fast-paced outpatient setting that includes Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programming. The Director of Operations leads a team of therapists, case managers, and behavioral health technicians, oversees intake and triage, and ensures clinical documentation meets Ohio Medicaid and private insurance standards. This is a chance to build and refine structure inside a mission-driven program that is growing quickly.
Qualifications of the Director of Operations:
- Active Ohio supervisor-level clinical license (LISW-S, LPCC-S, LCSW, or LIMFT)
- Experience in pediatric or child and adolescent behavioral health
- Familiarity with PHP and IOP programming and documentation and compliance for Ohio Medicaid and commercial payers
- Clinical supervision experience for dependent-licensed staff
- Trauma-informed care and play therapy background (preferred)
Responsibilities of the Director of Operations:
- Review and sign off on biopsychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and CANS assessments
- Lead and supervise the clinical team, balancing caseloads and supporting staff growth
- Oversee and streamline intake and triage for a high volume of incoming referrals
- Provide high-level clinical guidance, safety planning, and crisis and risk management
- Partner with leadership and admissions for a smooth handoff from referral to active patient
