Top Highlights of the Role

• Lead all clinical operations for a growing service area
• Mentor and support clinical supervisors, case managers & interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance
• Partner closely with the Executive Director in budgeting, hiring, training & performance management
• Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement
• Serve as the clinical face of Bristol Hospice within the community
• Step in as acting Executive Director when needed
• Build, grow, and elevate standards of care at a new site

What You Bring

• Current RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• 1+ year of healthcare management experience (hospice preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Knowledge of hospice regulations, CHAP standards & clinical best practices
• Flexibility and passion for making an impact
