We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with a Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy, current or obtainable Utah Pharmacy License, and 3-5 years of contemporary hospital experience. This full-time position operates within pharmacy hours of M-F 6am-6pm, Sat-Sun 6am-4pm, and Holidays 6am-12noon, supported by two pharmacists on a 7on/7off schedule and additional technician staff.

This role involves strategic leadership, directing departmental functions to align with organizational goals. You will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative processes that meet clinical, administrative, and ethical standards, ensuring superior patient care and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing personnel activities, budget oversight, conducting internal and external audits, and creating an environment for professional advancement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate profound understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards while overseeing staff management, from hiring to performance reviews, fostering a culture of continuous development.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be contributing to an acclaimed institution, consistently recognized among the Top 100 Rural Hospitals in America. This 39-bed facility, with an innovative Women’s and Infusion Center, offers a comprehensive range of specialized services, including a Level IV Trauma Center, Stroke Receiving, and Chest Pain accreditation.
