Job Description

Conexo is TelevisaUnivision’s Local Reach Extension product, designed to help advertisers expand the reach of their local linear TV campaigns into digital environments with precision and measurable outcomes. By leveraging advanced identity graphs, geo-targeting, and cross-platform attribution, Conexo enables brands to reach incremental Hispanic audiences across streaming, CTV, and digital platforms—bridging the gap between traditional broadcast and modern addressable media.

Conexo plays a key role in TelevisaUnivision’s broader Advanced Advertising strategy, helping local advertisers and agencies extend their message beyond the TV screen while maintaining transparency, efficiency, and performance accountability.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Director of Product (Solutions Engineer) for Conexo serves as the bridge between product, sales, and clients — ensuring successful adoption, performance, and measurement of TelevisaUnivision’s Local Reach Extension offering. This leader will combine technical acumen with a deep understanding of local advertising markets, measurement methodologies, and digital attribution (including Google Analytics and third-party integrations).

This individual will work closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and clients to troubleshoot campaign and measurement issues, validate attribution methodologies, and continuously enhance Conexo’s data and reporting capabilities. The role requires a balance of hands-on problem-solving, product strategy, and relationship management.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

Client & Sales Partnership

  • Serve as the primary technical product liaison for the local sales organization, guiding teams and clients through campaign setup, data tracking, and attribution analysis.
  • Support pre- and post-sales engagements — including RFP responses, campaign QA, and troubleshooting measurement discrepancies.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for sales teams and advertisers on Conexo’s capabilities, data pipelines, and attribution models.
  • Build trust with clients by providing transparent, data-driven explanations of campaign performance and analytics outcomes.

Product & Technical Enablement

  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to define Conexo’s measurement and attribution requirements.
  • Translate client feedback into technical specifications and product improvements.
  • Manage implementation and testing of new tracking tags, APIs, and attribution integrations (e.g., GA4, VideoAmp, Comscore, LiveRamp).
  • Maintain product documentation, technical FAQs, and enablement materials for internal teams.

Measurement & Attribution Expertise

  • Lead development of standardized frameworks for incremental reach, cross-platform performance, and conversion attribution.
  • Serve as TU’s internal expert on campaign measurement, tracking technologies, and data validation workflows.
  • Evaluate third-party attribution partners and provide input into product partnerships or vendor integrations.
  • Partner with analytics and research teams to ensure campaign results are accurately reflected in internal dashboards and client reports.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish best practices for campaign QA, data verification, and issue resolution.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual troubleshooting and reporting time.
  • Create processes for reconciling metrics between local broadcast data and digital platforms.
  • Support performance monitoring and SLA adherence for Conexo campaign execution.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of experience in ad tech, digital media, or product/solutions engineering roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of local reach extension, cross-screen measurement, and digital attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics / GA4, tag management, pixels, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with CTV, OTT, DSPs, and data onboarding workflows.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams, advertisers, and media agencies.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, SQL, or Python for troubleshooting and validation a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills — able to bridge technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Computer Science

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Employment/education will be verified
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
