In this high-impact role, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for the partner's AI solutions portfolio, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle. You will initially function as an individual contributor but will quickly transition into leadership, mentoring a team of product managers. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape the innovative smart tools that are crucial for our clients' network and security management. Your contributions will directly affect customer experiences and the overall success of AI integration in product offerings.
Accountabilities
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for AI solutions.
- Lead and mentor product managers through the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities.
- Drive go-to-market strategy for AI offerings with marketing and sales.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and validate value propositions.
- Support key opportunities in collaboration with sales and SEs.
- Analyze product performance and refine strategy based on feedback.
- Work with cross-functional leaders to ensure coherent user experiences.
Requirements
- Director-level product management experience managing a product line.
- Experience in defining and delivering AI solutions.
- Proven ability to drive product strategy and execution end-to-end.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies for complex technology products.
- Collaboration experience with engineering and AI teams.
- Background in observability, telemetry, or monitoring domains.
- Familiarity with metadata-centric architectures and data modeling.
