Are you energized by leading enterprise-scale platform transformations that deliver measurable business impact? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to drive outcomes at scale?

LexisNexis is executing a multi-year transformation of our global business systems to improve go-to-market effectiveness, accelerate revenue growth, and deliver seamless customer experiences. This includes modernizing core platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing, and CPQ/Revenue systems, while establishing scalable, reusable capabilities across the enterprise.

We are hiring a Director of Product Management to lead strategy and execution across key global platforms, driving end-to-end Lead-to-Cash outcomes aligned to our 2026–2028 growth priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across core go-to-market platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Marketing, and CPQ/Revenue (Quote-to-Order) systems

  • Drive end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformation across systems, processes, and business teams

  • Be accountable for adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion, digital revenue)

  • Define product direction and prioritization, ensuring clear ownership of roadmap decisions and trade-offs

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to define priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and prioritization through execution and adoption

  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes

  • Establish scalable, reusable platform capabilities that support multiple business units and regions

  • Define and track success metrics, including adoption, efficiency, and business impact

  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards

  • Partner across Data, Digital, and Order-to-Cash teams to ensure seamless integration across the customer lifecycle

  • Drive global rollout and adoption in partnership with Operational Readiness, Training, and Change Management teams

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management, while strengthening product management practices and operating models

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles in enterprise environments

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform or system transformations with measurable business impact

  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Order processes, including CRM, CPQ, pricing, contracting, and order management

  • Experience working with enterprise sales and revenue workflows

  • Experience working across matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, balancing speed, quality, and scalability

  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience defining metrics and using insights to drive decisions

  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams in an agile environment

  • Ability to align product strategy with go-to-market plans, revenue goals, and pricing considerations

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders

  • #AIFluent

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM, Marketing platforms, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud (strongly preferred)

  • Background in enterprise B2B or SaaS environments

  • Experience with pricing and packaging models and revenue optimization

  • Familiarity with modern product operating models (Agile, OKRs, outcome-based delivery)
