Director of Rehabilitation? Belle Fourche, SD? Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 Annually? Full-Time Leadership Opportunity Lead a Dedicated Therapy TeamWe are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a talented and collaborative therapy team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed therapist who is passionate about patient outcomes, team development, and delivering exceptional rehabilitative care. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily rehabilitation department operations
- Lead and support therapy staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality initiatives
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional resident care
- Licensed PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA (or eligible for state licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation experience
- Knowledge of Medicare and rehabilitation regulations
