Director of RehabilitationVernon, CT$80,000–$110,000/year
We are seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. This role is suited for a licensed clinician ready to oversee operations, guide staff, and support high-quality resident outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day workflow of the rehab department
- Provide guidance and support to therapy staff
- Coordinate treatment programming and service delivery
