Job Description
Looking for a steady RT role with normal hours and no hospital chaos? We're hiring a Respiratory Therapist to support patients with non-invasive ventilation in a post-acute setting.
What You'll Do
- Manage BiPAP / CPAP (NIV)
- Assist patients with incentive spirometer use
- Provide basic respiratory treatments
- Educate patients on breathing equipment and care
- Document care in the medical record
- Work closely with nursing and clinical leadership
What We're Looking For
- Ohio Respiratory Therapist license
- CRT or RRT (RRT preferred)
- Comfortable with NIV (or willing to learn)
- Reliable, team-focused, and patient-centered
- Skilled Nursing experience is preferred
