Director of Sales
Location: Gulfport, MS (Onsite at Plant – Travel Required Throughout U.S. & Caribbean)Reports To: Executive Leadership
This Is Not a Maintenance Role.
We are seeking a mid-career Director of Sales who is ready for the next level - someone who wants to build something meaningful, not just inherit a pipeline.
This role is onsite at our Gulfport plant (unless traveling). Travel is required throughout the United States and Caribbean markets. The right candidate must be willing and able to be on the road building relationships, developing markets, and representing the company at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a national and Caribbean sales strategy
Build, structure, and lead a high-performing sales team
Establish KPIs, reporting cadence, forecasting discipline, and sales processes
Manage and grow a strategic book of business
Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels
Drive measurable revenue growth
Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic growth planning
Establish accountability and performance standards across the sales organization
You will not be micromanaged, but you will be expected to deliver.
Performance Expectations
This is a build-and-deliver role. Success will be measured by results, not activity.
Within the first 90 days, you will be expected to:
Develop and present a structured sales strategy for U.S. and Caribbean markets
Establish clear KPIs and reporting cadence for the sales function
Provide accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility
Identify and prioritize target market segments and strategic accounts
Begin building or restructuring the sales team as needed
Within the first 6 months, you will be expected to:
Demonstrate measurable revenue growth
Build and lead a disciplined, accountable sales team
Improve forecasting accuracy and sales process consistency
Establish strong relationships with key accounts and partners
Drive expansion into new markets where strategically aligned
Ongoing expectations:
Meet or exceed revenue targets
Maintain visibility into pipeline, margins, and customer retention
Travel consistently to support growth initiatives
Operate with autonomy and executive-level accountability
Build a scalable sales infrastructure that supports long-term expansion
This role requires initiative, discipline, and ownership. If you require daily direction or prefer managing an already-built structure, this position is likely not the right fit.
What We're Looking For
7–12+ years of progressive sales experience
Proven leadership and team management experience
Demonstrated success building or scaling a sales function
Experience managing a book of business while leading others
Strong business acumen and operational discipline
Comfortable working onsite in Gulfport
Willing and able to travel frequently throughout the U.S. and Caribbean
Self-starter with a high level of accountability
