Position Summary: Sales Director
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our Protein & Dairy sales team. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through premium labeling solutions, including foil stamping, embossing, tactile finishes, specialty coatings, and other high-impact embellishments used in consumer packaging. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong industry expertise, robust customer relationships, and a demonstrated history of successfully delivering value-added solutions within the labeling and/or packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on embellishment labeling solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in premium packaging segmentsCollaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market trends and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, converters, and design agencies.Serve as a consultative partner to clients, educating them on the value and impact of embellishment technologies.Lead customer presentations, product demos, and innovation workshops.
Revenue & Performance Management
Own sales targets and revenue growth for the embellishment category.Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, R&D, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.Partner with technical teams to support product trials and application development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, or related field3+ years of experience working in the packaging, or print embellishment industry5+ years of experience managing a sales team5+ years of experience selling into CPG MarketsStrong understanding of commercial processes (i.e. account planning and management, proposal creation and negotiation, pipeline management, and margin management)Proven ability to sell premium solutions and manage complex sales cycles.Strong business acumen, P&L understanding, and analytical skills to drive profitability improvementsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to travel (up to 60%)
