Are you an experienced security professional with a passion for leadership and high-rise operations? Titan Security is looking for a Site Director of Security to lead a flagship commercial property in the heart of Rosemont. We are looking for a tech-savvy leader who can command a room and manage complex security infrastructures.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead security operations for a high-traffic commercial office building.
- Directly interface with Property Management in weekly operational strategy meetings.
- Master and maintain DSX Access Control and exacqVision/Axis surveillance systems.
- Partner with Rosemont Public Service for emergency preparedness and fire drills.
- Manage budgets and CapEx requests to ensure the site remains state-ofthe-art.
- Foster a culture of professional growth through continuous staff training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Commercial High-Rise security management.
- Strong technical aptitude: You should be an expert in Microsoft Office and modern VMS/Access Control systems.
- A "Safety First" mindset with a deep understanding of fire control systems.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to manage clients and vendors effectively.
Salary & Benefits: Base salary: $70K - 75K plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
