Job Description

Qualifications for the Director of Service:

4+ years of Commercial HVAC service leadership experience
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
Excellent communication skills
Experience in contract negotiation
Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
