Social Services Director Opportunity in the Greater Sacramento Area
Align Executive Search is partnering with a leading skilled nursing facility in the Greater Sacramento area to find an experienced and compassionate Social Services Director. This rapidly growing organization offers a supportive environment led by a well-respected Administrator, Director of Nursing, and a committed team, dedicated to the well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Social Services Department, ensuring resident needs are met.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand and address resident needs.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide counseling and support to residents and their families.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in social services; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field (required for facilities with 120+ beds).
- Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect well with residents, families, and staff.
