Director of Social Work for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Annual SalaryBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and 401K with a match program.

Schedule: PTO, Monday through Friday, No weekends.

Qualifications of the Director Social Worker:

• Valid LSW or LPC license in the state of NY (LISW preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria, treatment planning, and evidence-based practices

Responsibilities of the Director Social Worker:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of social work and counselling services
• Supervise, mentor, and support social work staff and interns
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and agency policies
• Oversee intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation quality
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members
