Job Description
Seeking a Director of Tax Advisory Services. This role will lead the expanding tax function while delivering high-quality tax advisory services to entrepreneurial businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client service delivery to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a high-touch experience.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Tax Advisory Services (TAS) team and lead its execution in alignment with senior leadership.
- Serve as a leadership advisor for high-value clients, delivering personalized tax planning, compliance oversight, and integrated wealth strategies.
- Monitor and manage engagement performance, including realization, utilization, and profitability, while taking proactive steps to improve efficiency and value delivery.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on billing arrangements, client onboarding, and engagement economics.
- Partner with Operations & Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for the book of business.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, high performance, and continuous development across the tax team.
- Develop high-potential talent and prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Ensure engagement compliance with firm policies, risk protocols, and quality standards.
- Use technology and analytics to streamline tax workflows, enhance insights, and boost efficiency.
