What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
OR
Master’s degree and 8 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
OR
Associate’s degree and 14 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
OR
High school diploma / GED and 16 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering data-driven or analytics-enabled products, including AI or advanced analytics solutions.• Strong understanding of field sales processes, CRM platforms, and field performance measurement.• Experience working with agile development teams using SAFe methodologies.• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams.• Experience with Salesforce platforms and enterprise analytics tools.• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, including services supporting data and machine learning workloads.• Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and dashboards that support operational decision-making and AI outcome evaluation.• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, prioritized product requirements suitable for analytics and AI solutions.• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.• Experience leading complex product portfolios or enterprise-scale product capabilities across multiple teams or business domains.• Experience influencing senior leaders and presenting strategy, tradeoffs, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders.• Experience leading organizational change, business transformation, or adoption initiatives for data, analytics, or AI-enabled products.• Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching, developing, or leading product managers, product owners, or cross-functional teams.• Experience establishing governance, operating models, and prioritization frameworks for product organizations or enterprise capabilities.• Ability to connect product investments to measurable business outcomes, value realization, and long-term strategic goals.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
