Reports to: Chief Transformation Officer
Position Summary
The Director of Transformation will help build and scale our next‑generation operating model. This role leads enterprise‑wide initiatives that modernize how we work-across technology, data, and business processes-to improve visibility, decision‑making, and execution as the company continues to grow.
This leader operates at the intersection of business strategy, operations, technology, and process excellence, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams. The role is responsible for driving structured transformation, improving process clarity, strengthening data‑driven decision‑making, and identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence in practical, value‑creating ways.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Enterprise Transformation & Operating Model Design
Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that modernize workflows, improve collaboration, and increase transparency across business units and subsidiaries.
Design and implement scalable operating models that clarify decision rights, governance, and execution accountability.
Partner with executive leadership to define and deliver transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy, growth, and acquisition integration.
Drive change initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process standardization, and modernization of systems and ways of working.
Process Documentation & Process Excellence
Lead company‑wide process documentation and process mapping efforts across core business functions.
Establish standards, tools, and governance for documenting, maintaining, and improving business processes.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
Ensure processes are scalable, transferable, and support consistent execution across subsidiaries.
Technology & Platform Strategy
Evaluate and recommend enterprise platforms that improve operational visibility, reporting, and system integration.
Partner with technology leaders to modernize legacy systems and strengthen enterprise architecture.
Help guide integration of ERP, data platforms, analytics tools, and operational reporting environments.
Define best practices for platform governance, system ownership, and long‑term scalability.
Data, Analytics & Visibility
Implement enterprise data frameworks that improve leadership visibility into operational and financial performance.
Establish data governance and reporting standards that enable reliable, consistent decision‑making.
Build scalable reporting and analytics capabilities to support executive and operational needs.
Innovation & Emerging Technology
Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business processes.
Lead pilot initiatives to test and deploy new technologies that improve efficiency, forecasting, and decision support.
Balance innovation with governance, security, and operational stability.
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as a strategic partner to leaders across operations, finance, technology, and business units.
Lead cross‑functional teams and initiatives from concept through execution.
Provide clear executive updates on progress, outcomes, risks, and value realization.
Build and develop a team over time, with potential to lead 2-3 direct reports (anticipated to include Business Analysis roles).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, operational strategy, technology, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of modern enterprise systems, data platforms, and digital architectures.
- Experience working across multiple functions or business units to drive alignment and execution.
- Proven success leading enterprise‑scale initiatives involving technology, data, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams.
