Job Title: Director Product ManagementLocation: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. Our focus is on the needs of the patient, and they come first in everything we do.What You’ll DoLead the Product Management team responsible for driving upstream activities for Imperative Care’s peripheral vascular portfolio.  This position is responsible for managing a team of Product Managers tasked with owning the product lifecycle / roadmap, user needs, product value proposition, voice of customer, competitive analysis, portfolio positioning, and product launches.
  • Own franchise-level product roadmaps, competitive positioning, user needs, and product lifecycle.
  • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, driving accountability and performance while creating a culture of excellence, trust, and ownership.
  • Translate insights sourced from voice-of-customer, Sales, and real-world data into clear product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Develop KPIs and product-centric success metrics which directly tie product performance to user needs and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance to support franchise-level product forecasting, lifecycle planning, and new product business case development.
  • Lead team’s development of product claims, value propositions, pricing, and launch strategies.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or similar.  MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years related experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field, including 5+ years in product management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and product lines while simultaneously managing a team of individual contributors
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycles, communicate compelling product stories and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Job specific requirements:
  • Experience translating user needs into medical device features and product value propositions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of effective collaboration across marketing, engineering, clinical affairs, operations, commercial, and regulatory departments
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required
