  • Extensive expertise in technical accounting standards applicable to both private and public entities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Proven ability to research, interpret, and apply new and evolving accounting standards to complex transactions.

  • Experience preparing technical accounting memos, position papers, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, and IT teams on accounting implications of business initiatives and contracts.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
