As a Dish Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen and dining areas spotless and running efficiently. You'll work closely with the culinary and dining staff, ensuring a seamless flow of clean dishware and supplies that support great meal service every day.What You'll Do As a Dish Room Attendant, you will be responsible for• Setting up, operating, and maintaining dishwashing and equipment such as carousel, dish machines, conveyor, disposal, extractor units, and ware washing stations • Loading and unloading racks to be sanitized, ensuring proper organization and flow • Transporting cleaned dishware, silverware, and other supplies to appropriate service and storage areas • Returning prep and cookware to designated production zones • Keeping detailed logs of equipment temperature and operation, reporting any issues to supervisors • Performing other related duties as requested to support team operationsWhat You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have• Prior dish washing experience preferred but not required • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamWhy Join Us in Bangor?
