We believe that every great meal starts with a clean kitchen, and our dishwashing team is the backbone of our heart-of-house operations.Position OverviewWe are looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment. If you thrive in a active team environment and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesDish Sanitation: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers and three-compartment sinks.Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish pit and kitchen area.Prep Support: Assist line cooks with light food prep tasks during slow periods (e.g., portioning, chopping, prep stock).Waste Management: Regularly empty kitchen trash, recycling, and compost bins, ensuring safe disposal.Restocking: Deliver clean cookware, utensils, and service items back to the kitchen line and dining area promptly.Health & Safety: Follow all food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Prior dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred, but not required-we are happy to train the right person!Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, punctual, and dependable.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shift in a warm, busy kitchen environment.Team Player: Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with cooks, servers, and management.Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay + tip pool participation
