Position Summary

As a Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward, you are an essential part of our culinary team. Your commitment to cleanliness and organization helps ensure our kitchen operates efficiently and safely. From maintaining spotless dishes and cookware to supporting our chefs with basic prep and kitchen organization, your role is vital to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish room and kitchen.
• Empty trash and recycling while keeping waste areas clean.
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning throughout the kitchen.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely move kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Ability to navigate stairs throughout the shift.
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
