Job Description
Food Management Group is hiring a dishwasher to support the dietary department at a healthcare facility. This position includes dishwashing, stocking pantry rooms, and delivering food to patient floors.
Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
Deliver meal carts and food to patient floors on schedule.
Restock pantry rooms with food, beverages, and supplies.
Keep the dish area, kitchen, and pantry rooms clean and organized.
Remove trash and assist with other cleaning tasks.
Follow food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and facility policies.
Work with the dietary team to support meal service.
Perform other dietary department duties as assigned by the Food Service Director.
Qualifications
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working around patients and facility staff.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods, push meal carts, and perform routine lifting.
Kitchen or healthcare food service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Schedule: Approximately 28 hours per week. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview.
