What You’ll Be Doing

Keep dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils clean, polished, and ready for service
Help the kitchen run smoothly during busy restaurant, banquet, and event operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dish area
Operate commercial dish machines and washing stations efficiently
Assist with trash removal, recycling, and overall kitchen cleanliness
Support the culinary team with basic prep and other kitchen tasks when needed
Take pride in keeping the heart of the kitchen moving
