The Dishwasher/Steward will be responsible washing dishes, keeping the kitchen clean, and helping other kitchen staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Load and unload dishes into and out of the dishwasher
Wash and dry dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
Sanitize dishes and utensils
Maintain the dishwashing area
Sweep or scrub floors
Empty and clean trash receptacles
Clean kitchen appliances and machines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report sanitation issues.
Buss tables to collect dirty dishes
Help other staff with tasks
Adhere to food safety procedures
Put away all dishware and cookware in designated areas
Stock supplies
Set up the dining room

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and active listening skills required
