Position Overview
This position assists with shipment coordination and dispatch management within Oregon-based operations. Tampa candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation, while remote applicants can fully engage with systems and teams online. Candidates will support the entire dispatch lifecycle, ensuring operational consistency, shipment visibility, and effective communication across all freight movements.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and monitor freight shipments within the dispatch system
Maintain operational records and document all load movements
Track shipment timelines and update teams on progress
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
Identify potential delays and provide proactive solutions
Support operational workflow improvements and tracking accuracy
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for process alignment
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Computer proficiency, including dispatch platforms and load boards
Organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to follow structured workflows and processes
Time management and accountability
No prior experience required; structured training provided
Work Environment
Structured logistics environment with hybrid and remote flexibility. Oregon-based operations provide system oversight and coordination support.
