DISPATCHERHVAC & ELECTRICAL
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the HVAC & Electrical Dispatcher. In this role, you will efficiently schedule and coordinate HVAC and Electrical residential and commercial service calls, ensuring technicians are assigned based on availability, skillset, and job priority. - Provide 5-Star customer service!
- Primary point of contact between customers and field technicians.
- Maintain the ServiceTitan dispatch board, schedule service calls, dispatch technicians, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain accurate service records.
- Review work orders, optimize routes, and provide timely updates on service appointments.
- Works closely with field supervisors to align service and sales activities
- Evaluate customer calls and efficiently plan and route the most appropriate technician.
- Monitor technicians time to keep the dashboard on schedule.
- Coordinate with CSR and other departments to optimize schedule and workload.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience dispatching in HVAC and Electrical industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred but not required.
- Proficient in ServiceTitan or similar industry CRM system.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications.
- Must be able to pass a background
