The days and hours for this position are as follows:
Sunday 7:45am to 4:15pm, Monday 7:45am to 4:15pm, Tuesday 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Wednesday 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Thursday 11:15am to 7:45pm, Friday Off, Saturday Off, Mountain Standard Time
Training will be in our office during business hours.

Job Summary:
Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team.
This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duty functions.
- Monitor and Dispatch work orders and ensure completion in required time frame.
- Complete finance report at completion of each Work order.
- Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner.
- Monitors and verifies quality control and uniformity of work being completed.
- Working as a team to complete projects.
- Helping Project Manager with any other duties as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways

- Excellent computer skills
- Forward minded and goal driven
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite
- Able to work well without constant supervision
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office & Excel
- Previous experience dispatching
- Good with time management
- Very Organized
- Great communication skills
- Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry
ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY: Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position. The work may require overtime hours to be worked to achieve desired results.
