Key Information:

• Location: Front Royal, VA

• Pay: Starting at $29.00/hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Sunday- Thursday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (overtime as needed)

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the backbone of our automated distribution center - keeping critical systems running smoothly and jumping in when things need fixing.

On any given night, you'll:

• Own the floor - maintain and troubleshoot cutting-edge systems like:

• AutoStore robotics

• Dematic conveyor systems

• Packsize packaging equipment (x4 & x7)

• Keep operations moving - diagnose issues fast and get equipment back online with minimal downtime

• Run preventative maintenance - stay ahead of breakdowns across:

• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and facility systems

• Be the go-to expert (SME) - identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency

• Support the full facility - from fire/life safety systems to lighting, cleanliness, and overall building upkeep

• Partner across teams - collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, and outside vendors to keep everything aligned

• Stay safety-focused - follow all PPE, OSHA, and facility standards while proactively addressing hazards

What We're Looking For:

You don't have to know everything-but you do need to know your way around tools, systems, and problem-solving.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of maintenance or technical experience

• Hands-on experience with:

• Tools, repairs, and troubleshooting

• Automated systems, conveyors, or robotics (huge plus)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Comfortable using systems/software to track and manage work

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently and up to 90 lbs via a team-lift

Work Environment:

• Distribution center environment with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures

• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and working with tools and machinery

• Must be able to work overnight shift and overtime as needed

• Pay Range:
• $19.51 - $31.99
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
