Job Description
The Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative will work in the office and the warehouse and support customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. This role manages inbound and outbound communication, identifies sales opportunities, and maintains customer records.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Customer Service / Inside Sales Rep:
- Respond to customer questions and provide product/service information.
- Recommend additional products to new and existing customers.
- Manage high-volume phone interactions and follow up on customer needs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support accurate customer guidance.
- Identify sales opportunities through customer history and market awareness.
- Develop leads, close sales, and meet established targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect databases.
- Assist with administrative duties and general warehouse support.
- Participate in inventory activities in the warehouse
- Coordinate deliveries
- Maintain organized showroom and project documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
