Job Description

What does a Distribution Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola? Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of product, according to policy and customer requirements, and management of drivers within a specific territory.

Job Details:Schedule: 3:30am start time Tues - SatJob Level: 5Responsibilities:

Manage human capital efficiently ensuring proper delivery according to planned volume, customer expectations and internal policiesTrain, develop and evaluate drivers to efficiently deliver and merchandise productCommunicate daily with delivery team to create visibility while fostering a culture of trust and productivityCommunicate with sales, fleet, warehouse and other partners to ensure business operations are as efficient as possibleFill in as driver as needed (depending on sales center size)Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) requiredBachelor's Degree preferredValid CDL A requiredFamiliarity with DOT regulations required4+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required2+ years' experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry required2+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required2+ years' experience supervising delivery staff in distribution related industry requiredProficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with the other departments and functionsAble to be flexible and adaptable to rapid changeAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentDriving record within MVR policy guidelinesOccasional work on weekends and holidays is required
