Job Description

Distribution Trainer - Temp to Hire

Pay: $25.25/hr

Seeking Distribution Leads (Trainers) to support peak season operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Train and coach new and existing associates
Reinforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
Monitor training progress and provide feedback
Support onboarding and daily operations
Assist leadership with staffing and operational needs

Requirements:

Strong communication and leadership skills
Warehouse/distribution experience preferred
Previous training or coaching experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts as needed
Ability to travel between Hebron, Walton, and other facilities
Bilingual candidates preferred
