Distributor Management Representative (DMR) - West Region

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Distributor Management Representative owns relationships with key distributor partners across the West region. This role drives channel growth by building executive level partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and aligning Harvey Performance's brands with distributor strategy. Working closely with Application Engineers and Regional Sales Managers, the DMR leads business reviews, analyzes performance data, and executes initiatives that expand market share.
This position blends relationship management, sales strategy, and data driven decision making, with travel expected about one week per month.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Build and maintain strong executive level relationships with distributor partners across multiple brands
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
Analyze sales performance and channel data to drive strategy and improve brand engagement
Coordinate distributor initiatives including ecommerce, EDI, catalog programs, and brand authorizations
Partner with Application Engineers and Regional Sales Managers to align account plans and uncover new opportunities
Maintain accurate distributor data, territory coverage, and CRM records
Identify new channel partners and support territory and rationalization strategies
Travel to key distributor locations to strengthen relationships and support strategic initiatives
YOU'LL BRING
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent sales experience
Background in distribution based sales or cutting tool industry strongly preferred
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build long term business relationships
Experience analyzing sales data and translating insights into action
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
Comfort working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Self motivated, collaborative, and results driven mindset
Willingness to travel.
