Job Description

Location: 3 Chicago kitchens and 3 to 5 kitchens out of stateSchedule: Full TimeSalary: $110,000 - $115,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses

District Manager Responsibilities

Hybrid Work Model
Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations
Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers.
Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement.
Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards.

District Manager Requirements

Solid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skills
Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience
Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations
Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
Willingness to travel to each location in Chicago and neighboring kitchens in the region
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
