Job Description
Title - Regional Sales Manager (First Line Manager)--Diabetes Device
Territory- Manchester, NH based to cover NH, VT, ME- EXPANSION!!
Description- This position is responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers and Clinicals to meet/exceed sales quota through profiling, targeting, needs analysis and closing on targeted account customers consisting of Health Care Professional (Endocrinologists, Certified Diabetes Educator’s), key diabetes institutions and managed care organizations. Managing 8-12 direct reports (a mix of sales reps and clinicals in the field)
Requirements:
- Must have 4 year degree
- Must have 5+ experience managing sales reps in a clinical environment
- Must have documentation to show proven success in leading P-Club Winners, etc
Compensation:
Base Salary Base 160-170K + $100K at plan (uncapped comm), Car: Modus, Full benefits including 401K with matching, stock purchase program, and stock incentives (RSU's).
