Division Director, Accounting & FinanceStaffing - Minneapolis Are you a proven leader in the staffing industry ready to grow a market in Minneapolis? We’re seeking a dynamic Director to stand up and scale our client's Finance & Accounting division. This is a unique opportunity to build a business while receiving strong leadership support, compensation incentives, and autonomy.Key Responsibilities:Office Launch & Leadership
  • Build and lead a new Finance & Accounting staffing office in Minneapolis *
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and account executives.*
  • Drive both strategic and hands-on business development and recruiting efforts.*
  • Oversee full P&L and performance metrics for your office.*
  • Sales & Recruiting (Full Desk).*
  • Personally produce in the temporary/contract staffing space while growing your team.*
  • Develop strong client relationships and consistently expand your book of business.*
  • Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in F&A roles.*
  • Deliver best-in-class service to clients and candidates, fostering lasting partnerships.
Market Expansion & Strategy
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for the Minneapolis region.*
  • Leverage your local market knowledge and professional network for rapid growth.*
  • Attend events, build brand visibility, and act as a market ambassador.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3+ years of staffing industry experience with a focus on Finance & Accounting.*
  • Full-desk production experience with a track record of success in the temp/contract space.*
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.*
  • History of recognition (e.g., President’s Club or top producer awards).*
  • Strong network and familiarity with Florida’s business landscape.*
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and build.
