Responsibilities:
- Process and ensure accurate billing for DME/CPAP equipment.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with patients, insurance companies, and colleagues.
- Proficient in Brightree software a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in billing DME/CPAP equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional phone presence.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
